By using 1320 Forza (the "Platform") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Platform.

1. Not affiliated with Forza / Playground Games

1320 Forza is an unofficial, fan-made community platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Microsoft, Xbox Game Studios, Turn 10 Studios, Playground Games, or the Forza / Forza Horizon franchise. "Forza", "Forza Horizon", and all related names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Car manufacturer names, models and logos are trademarks of their respective owners, used for identification/reference only.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account and the content you post. Keep your login secure. One account per person for competitive features , using alt accounts to manipulate ratings, ladders, or tournaments is prohibited and may result in removal.

3. Fair play & conduct

Report results honestly. Cheating, result manipulation, ramming/bump-tuning a competitor, running ineligible cars in ranked play, harassment, hate speech, spam, and posting illegal content are not allowed. Admins may void results, remove content, or suspend accounts to keep competition clean. Decisions on disputes are final.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you create (tunes, screenshots, posts). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the Platform. Don't post content you don't have the rights to. See our DMCA Policy.

5. No warranty

The Platform is provided "as is" with no warranties. Stats, ratings and leaderboards are community-driven and best-effort; we don't guarantee accuracy. We're not liable for any loss arising from use of the Platform to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms or the Platform at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
