1320 Forza respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a notice with the details below and we'll review and, where appropriate, remove it.
How to file a notice
Open a support ticket or email 1320forza@gmail.com with subject "DMCA" and include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on 1320forza.
- Your contact information (name, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice using the same channels with your contact info, the material removed and its location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly post infringing content may be suspended or removed.
