1320 Forza ("we", "us") runs the community site at 1320forza.xyz / 1320forza.com. This policy explains what we collect and why. We try to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Account info , your email (for login/verification), your chosen gamertag, and optional profile details (bio, platform, avatar/banner you upload).
• If you sign in with Discord/Microsoft , your basic profile (username, avatar, account id) from that provider.
• Content you create , garage cars, tunes, call-outs/grudge races, tournament entries, forum posts, team data, support tickets, and uploaded images.
• Basic technical data , standard server logs and a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not sell your data or run third-party ad tracking.

How we use it

To run the platform: authenticate you, show your profile and stats, run leaderboards/ladders/tournaments, send you in-app notifications, and respond to support tickets. Public content (gamertag, profile, race results, leaderboard placement) is visible to other users by design.

Cookies

We use a strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and a one-time banner to record that you've seen this notice. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices & data opt-out

You can edit or remove most profile data in Settings. To request a copy of your data, opt out, or delete your account and associated data, open a support ticket (preferred) or email 1320forza@gmail.com. We'll action verified requests within a reasonable time.

Children

The platform is intended for users old enough to hold a gaming/online account in their region. We don't knowingly collect data from young children.
